I just read The Stars My Destination for the first time a few weeks back and was very impressed. During and after the reading it was easy to understand why this book is still hailed today as one of the SF classics. Built on the foundations of revenge ala The Count of Monte Cristo, TSMD is an extremely entertaining and satisfying.
